Dear Steve, Doug, Brian and family,
I have always enjoyed the opportunities to spend time with Eileen. We would laugh about stories from her Probation and Parole days and people we knew in common. Eileen had the best dry sense of humour and within minutes of getting together we would be laughing about something. I have always seen her as a strong woman with strong convictions and a person to speak out and act upon those convictions. She sure was a devoted supporter of Youth Opportunities Unlimited and would happily speak of the work of the organization and recruit for the annual breakfast fundraiser. My heart is heavy for all of you with the family gatherings that will come to pass without Eileen's colourful presence. I know she has given you all many fond memories and reasons to smile as you look back upon the life of this remarkable woman. Sincerely thinking of all of you,
